Combining Deborah’s deep marketing background with creativity, technical know-how, and strong community insight, Milestone Marketing quickly saw success. Deborah Rants

Director of Sales & Marketing – Owner

Deborah has always loved being creative since she was young. After high school, she got her Associates Degree in traditional arts, which she applied to multiple jobs through her early adulthood. After returning from teaching English in China, she decided that she needed to develop a career, and went back to school for her Bachelors in Multimedia Design and Development. These skills were able to be applied more appropriately to jobs, and she began developing their marketing content such as brochures, websites, flyers, social media posts and much more.

After completing her online internship, she began freelancing for local companies and non-profit organizations in Kitsap County, and started to build her marketing and design portfolio. Deborah then worked as a Marketing Coordinator for over 4 years in the medical field, before finally changing to the trade industry. With over 6 years of graphic design, SEO and marketing experience, she oversees the management of client accounts for Milestone Marketing.

Allie Cosmos-Sandoval

With a passion for storytelling, Allie crafts narrative-driven strategies that help clients attract new business. She embraces creativity and innovation while staying up to date on the ever-evolving social media marketing landscape. Tristine Marie Bond

Social Media Account Manager & Graphic Designer

Tristine brings a strong foundation in graphic design and a passion for branding to Milestone Marketing, backed by an Associate of Science from the Art Institute of Pittsburgh – Online Division and a Certificate of Graphic Arts from Skagit Valley College. Her diverse career includes marketing roles in casino promotions, educational publishing, and real estate, where she developed blogs, print materials, and listing videos to elevate property presentations.

During the pandemic, Tristine expanded into freelancing, designing branding materials for small businesses while also working in-store. Now based in Kitsap County, she serves as a full-time Marketing Services Representative for a real estate company. Outside of work, Tristine is an active artist, with work featured in the Seattle Holiday RAW Showcase and local art events—infusing creativity into every project she takes on.

Whitney Symens

Social Media Account Manager & Graphic Designer

Whitney is a marketing professional with over four years of experience specializing in content marketing, social media strategy, digital communications, and brand growth. She focuses on creating targeted, engaging content to support brand development, SEO, copywriting, and market research aimed at increasing client engagement.

Recently, Whitney earned an MBA with a concentration in Marketing from Washington State University, graduating with honors. Along the way, she obtained multiple certifications in digital marketing, analytics, and project management. Whitney is passionate about creative problem-solving, project coordination, and helping businesses grow through smart, effective marketing strategies.
