Local, small businesses in Kitsap County are our passion. Originating in the trade skill industry here in Port Orchard, our team developed a vision to provide marketing services for a focus in this field, which typically rely on a word of mouth marketing style. As the years have progressed, this technique has transitioned to finding more success with an online presence, which requires day to day upkeep in order to keep up with the evolving trends. With a similar goal in mind, the founders worked together to bring alive their vision of supporting small businesses through Milestone Marketing.
The combination of innovative ideas, technical skills, and insider knowledge made the partners a strong team, providing early success. Through networking in Silverdale, Bremerton, Poulsbo and other surrounding cities, it became clear that other trade companies understood the importance of marketing, but struggled with executing it consistently. With the opportunity available, the team began working with several other trade companies in website development and organic SEO improvement. To meet the demand, Milestone Marketing was created.

Director of Marketing
Deborah has always loved being creative since she was young. After high school, she got her Associates Degree in traditional arts, which she applied to multiple jobs through her early adulthood. After returning from teaching English in China, she decided that she needed to develop a career, and went back to school for her Bachelors in Multimedia Design and Development. These skills were able to be applied more appropriately to jobs, and she began developing their marketing content such as brochures, websites, flyers, social media posts and much more.
After completing her online internship, she began freelancing for local companies in Kitsap County, and started to build her marketing and design portfolio. Deborah then worked as a Marketing Coordinator for over 4 years in the medical field, before finally changing to the trade industry. With over 6 years of graphic design, SEO and marketing experience, she oversees the management of client accounts for Milestone Marketing.
Randi Peterson
Director of Sales
Randi Peterson is an accomplished and dynamic Senior Executive renowned for her exceptional ability to drive business growth and generate substantial new revenue streams. She has mastered the art of strategic planning, consistently developing and implementing forward-thinking approaches that not only elevate sales but also enhance brand recognition significantly.
As a practiced leader, Randi Peterson is adept at orchestrating cohesive teams, fostering a collaborative environment across organizations to achieve shared goals. This skill stems from an innate understanding of team dynamics and a commitment to collective success.
Beyond internal operations, she excels as a relationship builder. Her ability to forge and maintain positive rapports with both current and prospective clients is exemplary. This talent is not merely about securing partnerships; it’s about deeply understanding client needs and ensuring those needs are met, leading to lasting and mutually beneficial relationships.
Spencer Swanberg
Human Resources & Account Manager
Spencer originally wanted to get into marketing at a young age to help support the small businesses in Kitsap County with their online presence. In order to meet this demand, he obtained his certification in Marketing. Opportunities lead him to the trade industry, where he became a project manager, undertaking multiple, consecutive residential projects at any given time. As the project manager, he began establishing several connections in the trades industry, providing an opportunity to apply his knowledge to the marketing strategies at Milestone Marketing.
His professional with outgoing energy support his experience in marketing, sales. He enjoys meeting with clients to understand their marketing needs and finding creative solutions to help them meet their business milestones. Whether it is developing a new marketing strategy or building something from the ground up, he strives his best to make a positive impact on those around them to help see them become successful.
Dustin Parris
President
Throughout his careers, Dustin has had a lot of experience in lead generation, public relations, strategic planning, revenue management, organizational design and innovation. As the President of Milestone Marketing, Dustin is responsible for creating and accelerating the company’s marketing strategy and brand recognition. He is focused on driving the company vision of helping small companies in the area improve their business and build individualized and meaningful marketing programs.
Dustin was born and raised in San Diego CA. Once graduating high school, he enlisted in the US Army as a Military Policeman, where he served for 7 years. He currently resides in Gig Harbor, WA with his wife and two sons. He has a broad range of experience in Real Estate Law, Title and Personal Lines Insurance industries, having successfully served in high level management positions, being a Limited Practice Officer, and specializing in the insurance litigation sector.
