Kitsap Halloween Bash 2025: Rain, Rhythm, and Remarkable Community Spirit in Bremerton

KHB Blog

Even with sideways rain and classic Pacific Northwest weather, this year’s Kitsap Halloween Bash in Bremerton proved that nothing can stop Kitsap County from celebrating together. With nearly 5,000 attendees, the event was packed with laughter, dancing, and incredible community energy from across Bremerton, Port Orchard, Silverdale, and beyond.

The day featured over 30 Trunk-or-Treat vendors and 8 food trucks, serving up everything from festive sweets to cozy comfort food. Guests got to meet the beloved Owens Corning Pink Panther, who suited up to help with crowd control and photo ops. And thanks to the Sub Vets and Greater Kitsap Chamber, hundreds of attendees stayed warm with free hotdogs and hot cocoa throughout the afternoon.

One of the biggest wins of the day came from the generosity of our community—local businesses and attendees helped fill the Food Bank Co-op’s van with food donations, supporting families across Kitsap County just in time for the holiday season.

Behind the Scenes: Marketing, Sponsorship, and Teamwork Across Kitsap

The success of this Bremerton community event didn’t happen overnight. Starting back in May 2025, Milestone Marketing partnered with Michael Talpai from Patriot Roofing to build excitement, drive participation, and ensure every detail came together.

Our local marketing efforts reached throughout Kitsap County, including Bremerton, Port Orchard, Silverdale, Poulsbo, and beyond—combining both online and in-person outreach:

  • Email campaigns to connect with local businesses, sponsors, and families

  • Social media management to keep the community engaged and informed

  • Website updates featuring event details, vendor highlights, and sponsor recognition

  • Print design for banners, flyers, and business cards shared across Kitsap’s small businesses and community hubs

  • Vendor coordination for 30+ Trunk-or-Treat participants

  • In-person networking at business and chamber events to promote the Bash, recruit vendors, and secure local sponsorships

Thanks to this multi-channel marketing approach, the event reached thousands of Kitsap residents and became one of Bremerton’s most talked-about fall festivals.

A huge thank you goes out to our local sponsors and partners who helped make the Kitsap Halloween Bash possible. Your support allowed us to keep the event free, fun, and accessible for families throughout Kitsap County.

Behind the scenes, the Decorating Committee went all out on Friday night, transforming the space into a festive Halloween wonderland. When the final dance ended on Saturday, a hardworking group of volunteers braved the rain to break everything down and clean up—proving once again that Bremerton’s community spirit shines brightest in the storm.

During the event, Mike and Deborah from Milestone Marketing worked alongside Patriot Roofing to ensure everything ran smoothly. From covering Trunk-or-Treat booths during vendor breaks to troubleshooting issues like a blown fuse, teamwork kept the day running strong despite the weather.

From the first email blast to the last cleanup crew, the 2025 Kitsap Halloween Bash showed exactly what makes Bremerton and the greater Kitsap County area so special—neighbors helping neighbors, rain or shine.

Thank you to everyone who attended, volunteered, sponsored, and supported this community event. We can’t wait to make next year’s Bash even bigger!
